摘要
根据苏里格气田长水平段Ф114.3 mm生产套管固井技术难点,进行技术攻关及改进,研发出长水平段前置液体系、零析水防气窜水泥浆体系、固井压塞液体系,优选性能优越的固井工具,优化生产套管管串结构,现场施工顺利,固井质量好,满足了后期套管射孔+水力桥塞压裂工艺的需要,总结出一套苏里格气田长水平段小尺寸套管固井工艺技术,为今后苏里格气田的长期有效开发提供了有力的技术支撑。
According to cementing technology difficulties of Φ114.3mm production casing in Sulige gas field long horizontal section,the ahead fluid system,gas-check cement slurry system and the overflush fluid system were developed,the cementing tool with high performance and production casing were optimized.Through field application,the good cementing quality was obtained,and these techniques could satisfy the requirement of casing perforation and hydraulic bridge plug fracturing technology.A set of casing cementing technology suited for Sulige gas field long horizontal section was summarized.All of these provided a technical support for the effective exploitation of Sulige gas field in future.
