摘要
针对API标准套管头完井工艺,将HK-3型失控井喷抢喷装置的不适应性进行了改进完善,对其结构进行了重新设计,重点解决了抢险装置与井口套管头的连接问题,对装置的力学性能进行了必要的计算和校核。经样机试制、现场实验表明,所设计的新型失控井喷抢喷装置能够较好的处理API标准套管头完井工艺下的失控井喷。
According to the features of API standard casing head completion technology,the HK-3 blowout control device was improved,and its structure was redesigned,the connection problems between blowout control device and casing head were resolved,the mechanical property of the device was calculated and checked.Field test showed that the effect of control blowout for new blowout control device was very well in completion operation of API standard casing head.
