斑点免疫印迹法检测变应原特异性IgE抗体的比对分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较斑点免疫印迹法(dot-immunoblotting test,dot-IBT)与荧光酶免疫分析法(fluorescence enzyme immunoassay,FEIA)对血清变应原特异性IgE抗体(specific IgE,sIgE)检测结果的一致性,从而验证dot-IBT法检测sIgE抗体的有效性。方法收集来自临床科室待检测标本(1035份),同时应用dot-IBT法与FEIA法进行sIgE检测。比较和分析两种不同方法所得结果。结果两种方法实验结果总符合率大于90%,KAPPA系数均大于0.74。结论应用dot-IBT检测sIgE与FEIA法检测结果具有较高符合率;dot-IBT可以作为一种快速、简便、经济的检测方法应用于sIgE检测。 Objective To investigate the consistency between dot-immunoblotting test(dot-IBT) and florescencent enzyme immuno assay(FEIA) for detecting specific IgE(sIgE),and verify the capability of dot-IBT.Methods SIgE in serum from 1 035 samples with suspected allergic diseases was detected by dot-IBT and FEIA,then the results were compared and analysed.Results The coincidence rates were above 90%,the kappa coefficients were higher than 0.74.Conclusion The dot-IBT correlates well with FEIA.dot-IBT is a high speed,convenient and economic method in detecting sIgE.
