摘要
目的探索留观室病人分流预警机制,为减轻病人滞留问题提供思路。方法利用SPSS11.5对预警机制实施前后的数据进行分析,检验其效果。结果留观人次下降,转出人次增多,转出率降低,加床减少,病人满意度提高。结论分流预警机制有效缓解了病人的拥堵现象。
Objective We aime to explore ways for establishing and perfecting the mechanism for observing room triage of patients, espacially early - warning mechanisms. Method Analyzing effectiveness of the mechanism using SPSS11.5 for data analysis. Result The number of observing patients decreased, the transfer rate decreased, and the addition beds also decreased, with improvement of patients satisfaction. Conclusion The early warning mechanism of patient triage can effectively alleviate congestion phenomenon of patients in observation room.
