制管预应变对管线钢拉伸性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 分别对X60和X70管线钢的板状试样及X80管线钢棒状试样进行了拉伸试验。结果显示,X65和X70管线钢制成钢管后的横向屈服强度和屈强比均降低,X80管线钢在制成钢管后横向屈服强度和屈强比上升,X70钢管在冷扩径后屈服强度和抗拉强度略有上升;X65卷板拉伸应力-应变曲线中,材料屈服时有明显的屈服平台,屈服平台在制成钢管之后消失,X70卷板的屈服平台已经不明显,而X80管线钢不论是卷板还是钢管,其拉伸应力-应变曲线的屈服平台完全消失,整个曲线呈现圆屋顶型的连续屈服。 The strip specimen was used for tensile test of X65 and X70 pipeline steel,and the round bar specimen was used for X80.The results showed that the transverse yield strength and yield ratio decreased after the X65 and X70 steel was formed to pipe,while the transverse yield strength and yield ratio increased for X80 steel,the yield strength and tensile strength of X70 pipe increased after cold expanding.A yield platform was obviously found in the strain-stress tensile curve of X65 hot rolled coil(HRC),and such platform disappeared after formed pipe;the yield platform of X70 HRC was not obvious;while the yield platform in the strain-stress tensile curve for X80 steel,whatever for HRC or steel pipe,disappeared completely,such curve looked like a round house ceiling with continuous yield.
