摘要
为了解决洪浩尔舒特凹陷达林西构造钻井过程中存在的机械钻速慢、井壁失稳和储层损害等问题,研发出了一套含有胺基聚合物的低固相高性能水基钻井液,它具有良好的抑制性和封堵性,能在岩心端面形成良好的封堵层,渗透率恢复值大于85%。洪69井在使用该体系钻井的过程中,起下钻畅通,未发现井壁掉块现象,井径扩大率小于5%,电测一次成功,与邻井洪21井相比,洪69井的钻井液密度降低了0.1 g/cm3,机械钻速提高了1.6倍,钻井周期减少了18.4 d,井径扩大率降低了58.14%。
A polyamine low solids high performance water base drilling fluid is developed to solve the drilling difficulties in Erlian oil field, such as low ROP, wellbore instability and formation damage. This drilling fluid has good characteristics of inhibiting and sealing, percent ratio of permeability recovery is over 85%. The application in Well Hong69 gives the satisfactory results that there is no caving and the diameter enlargement rate is less than 5%. Compared with offset wells, the ROP is doubled and the density of drilling fluid is much lower.
