摘要
知识型员工在企业中是特别受到重视的群体，他们接受过良好的教育，在知识技能方面有较高的水平，他们是企业生存发展的中坚力量。文章介绍了知识型员工的特点，分析了其流失的原因，并且提出了降低知识型员工流失的具体方案。
The knowledgeable workers in the enterprise are the subject of special attention in a group, they received a good education, have a higher level in the knowledge and skills, and they are the backbones of the enterprise＇survival and development. This paper introduces the characteristics of knowledgeable workers and analyzes the reasons for their loss and put forward specific program to reduce the loss of the knowledge - based workers.
