摘要
教育部财政部最新联合启动了国家骨干高职院校建设计划。高职骨干院校建设的目的在于带动当地经济、拉动其他高职院校发展，发挥扩散效应等，创建特色是国家骨干性高职院校建设的主题．是提升竞争力的重要途径，实施“精品建设”战略，加强优势专业群和课程体系建设与改革，正确处理硬环境建设与软环境建设的关系。
Ministry of education and ministry of finance have launched a construction plan for national backbone vocational college. The main purpose is to develop local economy, to guide the development of other vocational colleges and to make diffusion effects. The construction objective, the specific requirements and the significant functions are analyzed, finally the construction strategy of the national backbone vocational colleges is proposed.
