摘要
目前中小企业已经成为拉动经济的新的增长点,与此同时,中小企业的发展也面临着诸多挑战,如人才问题、技术问题、资金问题等。其中,企业财务管理的控制水平是最重要的因素。鉴于中小企业财务管理现存的诸多特点,我们不难看出中小企业面临着财务管理薄弱、资产管理不严、筹资能力差、投资决策者随意性大、忽视成本控制、管理模式僵化、管理观念陈旧等重大问题,这就需要我们在其资金管理、筹资管理、投资管理、企业成本控制、素质培训等方面进行研究创新对策,从而促进中小企业的改革和发展。
At present,small-and-medium-size enterprises have been growth points of pull economy.At the same time,there are lots of challenges to face,such as human resources,technical matter,financial matter,etc.At the same time,the top-drawer is the control level of enterprises＇financial management.In view of these features,we can discover many important problems,for example,financial management weakness,ill management in assets,low ability in raising funds,decision-making random,etc.So we need discuss the new countermeasures on funds management,funds management,investment management,cost control management and quality training to gear up enterprises＇reform and development.
