摘要
金融危机恶化了中小企业发展的环境,财务战略的制定成为中小企业抵御风险,平稳度过危机的关键。金融危机下经济周期、经济增长方式的变化直接对财务战略的选择造成影响。中小企业要在危机创造的新压力下,注重国内外环境的分析,制定出适合自身发展的财务战略。
The financial crisis worsened the environment for SME development. The establishment of the financial strategy is the key to help SMEs resist the risks and pass through the crisis. The economic cycle in the financial crisis, and the changes in the way of economic growth directly affect the choice of financial strategy. Under the pressure of the crisis, SMEs should focus on the analysis of domestic and international environment to develop a financial strategy for their own development.
