摘要
民办高校章程是民办高校成立之初的法律要件,又是校内"依法治校"的管理依据,但要让它真正发挥校内"宪法"的作用,首先要改变人们对它的认识,提高章程的地位。
Private college＇s charter is not only a essential documents while establishing the private colleges,but also a legal file in managing the college.In view of its importance,the paper start from the angle of restructuring newly private college system,try to find out a new way to realize lawful management in private college.
