摘要
介绍了首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院结合自身心血管专业的特色,以心脏内外科为试点科室,初步形成了心脏内外科特殊检查、特殊治疗和主要手术的新版医疗知情同意书的实践经验:即增加人性化前言,拉近医患沟通距离;书面说明替代医疗方案,尊重患者知情权和选择权,在此基础上提出需要进一步探讨告知主体问题。
Experience on implementing new informed consent on special test,treatment and surgery in cardiology in Anzhen hospital were introduced.Specific experience included adding humanistic preface to close the hospital patient relationship,written description altering medical programs to respect patient＇s informed consent right and selection right.Problems such as informed subject for further discussion were also analyzed.
