摘要
目前高职学生职业生涯规划教育还存在着认知误区、时间滞后、测评随意、生涯辅导欠缺等问题，养成学生的专业综合素养，培养学生的适应能力，构建教育体系，建立和完善职业测评系统和加强职业生涯心理辅导健康教育等是解决这些问题的实施方略。
There exist some problems in the career planning education for higher vocational college students, such as cognitive errors, the time lag, random survey, and lack of career counseling and other issues. The strategies to solve these problems includes developing students＇ comprehensive professional quality, training their adapting capacity, building the education system, establishing and improving the professional evaluation system and strengthening career counseling services such as psychological health education, etc.
