摘要
针对目前高职院校教师科研评价体系中存在的主要问题,提出应用层次分析法建立高职教师科研评价模型的设想,详细阐述层次分析法在科研评价模型构建中的具体应用,为目前高职教师科研能力和科研业绩评价提供一种实用而有效的方法。
To deal with its main problems of higher vocational teachers＇ scientific research,this paper proposes its new evaluation pattern by applying AHP,analyzes the specific application of AHP in the scientific evaluation in detail and also provide a practical and effective method of evaluating the capacity and performance of vocational teachers＇ scientific.
