摘要
为可靠监测硅微粉增密料仓输料料位,文章针对微硅粉这一特殊介质及其增密处理的特定生产工艺,通过在微硅粉气力输灰时,对其增密仓料位进行在线适时监测装置进行设计,解决了微硅粉增密仓输料料位无可靠监测的现状,从而杜绝了因料位超限引起的输料管道堵塞等工艺问题。
This paper expounded the character of using new type flat pattern pressure sensor.Aiming at silica fume of the special media and the specific production process of density treatment,to design the material position of density stock bin timing monitoring instrument on line.Through ash transmission by air of silica fume,to solve the current unreliable monitoring situation of the transport material position of silica fume density stock bin,thereby,precluding technology problem of causing transport material pipe blockage by material position overrun.
