摘要
以China Daily关于黑龙江鹤岗矿难系列新闻报道为研究对象,分析语料中的情态动词、时态等情态手段,见证灾难事故报道情态系统的体现。研究发现,在灾难事故报道上,记者通过一系列情态手段的使用巧妙地对自己的话语负责,以保证新闻报道的客观准确性。
Taking reports about coalmine accidents in Hegang,Heilongjiang in China Daily as the object of study,it carries on analysis on the use of modal verb and tense to witness the modality＇s manifestation in this disaster accident reports.The study is concluded that in the disaster reports,reporters try their best to be responsible for their words through modal tools to guarantee reports＇ accuracy.
