通过对海南农垦国有开割胶园职工家庭长期承包实践与成效的研究,分析存在的问题,并提出进一步完善的建议和对策。
The long-term contract system for tapping workers household at state farms in Hainan was studied.The existing problems were analyzed and relevant proposals and solutions put forward.
