摘要
网络技术的飞速发展,使消费者获得信息更加方便快捷,加速了网络消费的进程,这迫使企业去探究网络消费者的心理动机,分析网络消费者的行为,尽可能地为营销活动提供可靠的数据来源和营销依据。本文首先从消费者的角度入手,对消费者的心理特征和在网上购物的心理因素进行分析,然后从营销者的角度来探析营销策略。
