摘要
持刀袭警一直是不法分子袭击执法民警的主要方式。近年来,无论是预谋犯罪还是激情犯罪,持刀具攻击警察的案件时有发生,在社会上造成了恶劣的影响,这是犯罪分子公然对法制的践踏,对法律的蔑视。公安机关应提升一线警察安全的防范意识并进行相应的培训,包括对刀具的类型、危险性、杀伤性的了解,掌握刀伤的自救、救护常识,增强警察遵守警务工作原则和技术原则,提高警察依法使用警械具等贴近实战的防范能力。
Assaulting police with the knives has been the main form of attacking police for suspects.In recent years,in either the premeditated crimes or impulsion crimes,there are many cases about knife holders to attack police,which result in very bad social consequences.The criminals break and scorn laws openly.The Public security organs should train and promote the consciousness of prevention of police,including understanding the types,danger,vitality of knives,common sense on wound care and self-rescue,urge police to obey the working principles and technical principles,and improve police＇s abilities of using police equipments.
