摘要
目的观察术中置可调节缝线矫正急性共同性内斜视的效果。方法12例急性共同性内斜视进行手术治疗，术中置可调节缝线，术后同视机训练15d。结果术后复视情况：11例看远看近复视消失，均恢复双眼单视；1例欠矫8^△，1m以内复视消失，1m以外复视较前明显减轻。结论急性共同性内斜视全矫手术置可调节缝线效果良好。
Objective To observe the efficiency of surgical correction of strabismus with adjustable suture in treating acute concomitant esotropia. Methods 12 acute concomitant esotropia cases were treated by surgical correction of strabismus with adjustable suture and synoptophore training for 15 days postopera- tively. Results Postoperative diplopia- 11 cases regained binocular single vision without diplopia at the near or far distance. 1 case remained 8 prism diopters （PD） esotropia postoperatively, with no diplopia within 1 meter and diplopia alleviated significantly beyond 1 meter. Conclusion The effect of surgical correction of strabismus with adjustable suture in treating acute concomitant esotropia is satisfactory.
