摘要
采用粉末内润滑温压工艺制备了Fe-4Ni-1.5Cu合金与Fe-4Ni-1.5Cu-0.5C合金.在温压温度100℃、压制压力750 MPa的条件下,加入润滑剂COM和石墨粉后可以制备出烧结密度7.18 g/cm3、硬度87HRB、屈服强度488 MPa、抗拉强度537 MPa、断后伸长率4.3%的Fe-4Ni-1.5 Cu-0.5C合金材料;粉末中加入石墨后,在其烧结试样中形成了珠光体、马氏体等较为复杂的多相组织,强化了基体组织.
Fe-4Ni-1. 5Cu alloy and Fe-4Ni-1. 5Cu-0. 5C alloy were prepared by powder lubrication warm compaction. Results show that under the conditions of compaction pressure of 750 MPa and compaction temperature of 100℃, the Fe-4Ni-1.5Cu-0.5C alloy presents 7.18g/cm-3 sintered density, 87 HRB hardness,488MPa yield strength,537 MPa ultimate tensile strength and 4.3% elongation. The addition of C into the powder can form multiphase microstructures such as pearlite and martensite, which is beneficial to enhance matrix.
