摘要
城市拓展、港口建设与产业提升是连云港发展的三大主题,而港—产—城三者间的不协调也正是制约当前及今后城市整体发展的核心矛盾。在江苏沿海开发的背景与机遇下,连云港市应加强三者联动发展,充分发挥港口岸线资源优势,加快临港产业集群,形成现代港口带动和辐射效应,建设大港口、发展大产业、构筑大城市,从而更好地服务和带动区域协调发展。
Urban expansion,harbor construction and industrial upgrading are the three themes of Lianyungang development.However,the incoordination of harbor,industry,and city development is also the core conflict to constrain the city＇s overall development.In context of Jiangsu coastal development,Lianyungang city should strengthen the joint development of the above three,give full play to the port resources,speed up the port industry clusters,and form the modern port＇s leading and radioactive effects,to build grand port,develop large-sized industry,and build up big city.
