摘要 目的:介绍在用医用空气加压氧舱的ICU功能升级改造方案,使其具备救治危重患者的能力。方法:分析在用氧舱的性能及不足,提出氧舱ICU功能改造的技术设计要求及监护抢救设备配置要求,邀请4家具有"A5级压力容器制造许可证"氧舱制造企业进行技术论证。结果:4家氧舱制造企业均能满足氧舱ICU功能改造技术要求和设备配置,改造后的氧舱具有基本的ICU功能并能满足其他技术要求。结论:在用氧舱经过适当的升级改造,使其具备基本ICU功能在技术上可行。 Objective To introduce the upgrade program of medical atmosphere compression chamber for intensive care unit(ICU)which will make the chamber have the function of treating critical patients.Methods Through analyzing the performance and shortage of medical chamber in use,the requirements of reform design for ICU function chamber and equipment configuration for monitoring and critical care were present.Four chamber manufacturers with A5 grade manufacturing license of pressure vessel were invited to demonstrate technical feasibility.Results The four chamber manufacturers had the ability to complete upgrade and reform program for the ICU function.The upgrade and reform chamber would have basic ICU function and meet other technical requirements.Conclusion Through suitable upgrading works,adding the ICU function to medical atmosphere compression chamber is feasible on technology.
