摘要
以柠檬酸对骨胶进行水解,并以戊二醛作为交联剂,制备出一种新型改性骨胶。研究了改性骨胶对甲醛吸附量与吸附时间、吸附温度之间的关系,初步应用一级、二级吸附动力学模型对其吸附曲线进行拟合,并对其吸附动力学特征和吸附机理进行了探讨。结果表明:当吸附温度为55℃、吸附时间为7 h时,新型改性骨胶对甲醛的吸附量(56.2 mg/g)最大;新型改性骨胶的吸附动力学曲线符合一级、二级吸附动力学模型,吸附过程包括物理吸附和化学吸附。
With glutaric dialdehyde as cross linker, so a new type modified bone glue was prepared after bone glue hydrolyze in the citric acid solution. The relations between formaldehyde content adsorbed by modified bone glue and adsorption time or adsorption temperature were investigated. The adsorption curve was fitted by first or second order kinetics adsorption models, and the adsorption kinetic feature and mechanisms were also investigated. The results showed that the formaldehyde content adsorbed by new type modified bone glue was maximum(56.2 mg/g) when adsorption temperature and adsorption time were 55 ~C and 7 h respectively. The adsorption kinetics curve of the new type modified bone glue can meet first or second order kinetics adsorption models. The adsorption process include physical and chemical absorption.
