摘要
重油作为燃气轮机燃料必须进行去除杂质和盐分的水洗处理,处理过程中产生的污水以及油罐底部排出的废水中含有一定比例的重油需要回收再利用。针对原含油废水重油回收系统中存在的油水分离不充分和排油时间难控制等问题,通过增加气浮式自动油水分离装置进行改进,使废水中重油回收率提高约30%,达到节能改造的目的。
Heavy oil used for gas turbines must be treated to clean impurities and salt by a water washing process. The oily water from water washing process and oil tanks bottom contains heavy oil of certain proportion that should be recycled. To solve the problems of separation insufficiency and difficult time control of oil discharge in the original heavy oil recycle system, a float type automatic oil/water separator was added. The reformation made the heavy oil recycle rate in the oily waste water raise approximately 30% , attaining the purpose of energy conservation.
