岭南文化源远流长,并且在广东地区不断繁荣发展。岭南文化在近代民主革命和社会主义建设时期大放异彩。进入知识经济时代,在广东实施文化强省建设的新起点上,岭南文化仍然可以大有作为。深度挖掘岭南文化底蕴,打造地方特色文化品牌,能够在弘扬地方优秀传统文化、满足人民精神文化需求、保持经济持续快速增长和实现文化产业跨越发展方面,寻找一个最佳的契合点,这正是广东省文化强省建设的题中应有之义。
