摘要
研究了激光重熔前后WC/Ni60A等离子喷涂层的组织结构及性能特点,试验结果表明,激光重熔层中除Ni基合金及WC等固有的碳、硼化物外,还出现了Ni3Fe等新的弥散硬质点,重熔层的硬度和耐磨性较等离子喷涂层有明显提高。
The microstructure and properties of plasma-sprayed coat of WC/Ni60A with laser remelting, as well as without laser remelting,is dealed with.The results show that in the remelted coat,besides Ni-alloy and the fixed carbides and borides such as WC,new hard phases appear,for example, Ni 3Fe and α-W 2C. The hardness and wearing resistance of laser remelting coat has been greatly improved than that of plasma-sprayed coat.
