土壤碱化度对高羊茅和芨芨草菌根发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在温室盆栽条件下,研究了不同碱化度土壤中盐生植物芨芨草(AchnatherumsplendensNevski)和非盐生植物高羊茅(FestucaelataKeng)生长和丛枝菌根(AM)的发育状况。结果表明:这两种植物均能被AM菌感染;碱化度小于10%的非盐碱土壤中高羊茅比芨芨草的菌根侵染率高。而碱化度大于20%的盐碱土壤中,后者的菌根侵染率则显著大于前者。碱化度越高的土壤对菌根发育的抑制作用越大、菌根发育越差。不同碱化度土壤中菌根生长发育状况和功能因AM菌种的不同而存在差异,其中以Glomusmoseae32和Gigasporarosea较耐盐碱。接种AM菌能显著提高芨芨草和高羊茅的生长量。 Effects of percentage of exchangeable sodium in soil on status of mycorrhizal development and growth of halomorphic Achnatherum splendens and nonhalomorphic Festuca elata. The results showed that both kinds of plants were able to be colonized by arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi. In soline-sodic soil mycorrhizal colonization status ofAchnatherum splendens, was better than that of Festuca elata while in normal soil it showed opposite. The higher percentage of exchangeable sodium (PES) in soil the more inhibition occurred to the colonization. There were differences in mycorrhizal development and function of AM fungi in soil with different PES. Glomus mosseae 32 and Gigaspora rosea showed stronger tolerance to soline-sodic soil . Growth of Festuca elata and Achnatherum splendens was increased by the inoculation with AM fungi.
