摘要
目的:研究药用植物乌头净制的机制。方法:以滴定法测定总生物碱的含量;分光光度法测定酯型生物碱的含量;高效液相色谱法测定3种双酯型生物碱的含量;苯酚-硫酸分光光度法测定多糖的含量。结果:母根、子根、须根总生物碱含量分别为11.20,11.70,18.40 mg.g-1;酯型生物碱含量分别为4.41,3.33,8.24 mg.g-1;3种双酯型生物碱含量之和分别为0.90,1.07,2.18 mg.g-1;多糖含量分别为60.60,98.20,61.80 mg.g-1。结论:母根、子根、须根主要化学成分类别没有明显区别,但含量有差异;须根的3种双酯型生物碱含量之和是母根的2倍多,《中国药典》规定除去须根具有一定的科学性。
Objective: To study the cleaning mechanism of Aconitum carmichaeli.Method: Titration method was used to determine the content of total alkaloids;UV was used to determine the content of ester-type alkaloids;HPLC was used to determine the content of three kind of diester alkaloids namely aconitine,hypaconitine,mesaconition;sulfuric-phenol method was used to determine the content of polysaccharides.Result: The content of total alkaloids in parent root,daughter root,rootlet of Aconitum carmichaeli was 11.20,11.70,18.40 mg.g-1 respectively;the content of ester-type alkaloids was 4.41,3.33,8.24 mg.g-1 respectively;the content of three kind of diester alkaloids was 0.90,1.07,2.18 mg.g-1 respectively;the content of polysaccharides was 60.60,98.20,61.80 mg.g-1 respectively.Conclusion: The categories of main chemical compositions of parent root,daughter root and rootlet have no obvious difference,but the content of them is different.The sum of content of three kind of diester alkaloids of rootlet is more than twice that of parent root.Cleaning has scientific value.
