摘要
用"条型码"这种新技术编制高校档案档号会将是一种新的发展趋势。但随着办公自动化系统的使用,用"条型码"编制档号,又遇到一些技术难题。本文就以常用的"泰坦档案综合管理系统"为例,介绍条型码的作用及如何用条型码来编制高校档案档号。
It is a new trend to prepare the file number of college archives by the new ＂bar code＂ technology. But with the use of office automation system, the preparation of file number by ＂bar code＂ encountered some technical problems. Taking the ＂Titan Archives Integrated Management System＂ for example, this paper describes the role of bar code and how to use the bar code to prepare the file number of college archives.
