摘要
研究目的:曹妃甸港区所处唐山市,是河北省第二大城市,是环渤海地区城市群的重要组成部分和全国重要的能源、原材料工业基地,伴随张唐铁路的建设,曹妃甸港区铁路扩能将不仅为曹妃甸港开辟大能力铁路集疏运新通道,而且对推动唐山"四点一带"大开发战略加快实施提供了良好的条件。研究结果:曹妃甸铁路扩能可增进曹妃甸与丰南、芦汉、乐亭等地形成"四点一带"的互动、互助、互补的格局,并增加唐山与内蒙、东北及河北其它地区的客货运量交流,进一步完善渤海湾港口的营运机制,从而推进唐山"四点一带"大开发战略实施。
Purpose： Caofeidian port is located in Tangshan City, the second largest city of Hebei Province, is an important part of urban agglomeration in the Bohai Rim Region and the industrial base of major energy and raw material in our country. With the construction of Zhangtang railway, Caofeidian port railway expansion can not only open up new large-capacity channel of railway collection and distribution for Caofeidian port, and provide a good condition for promoting the implementation of Tangshan＇s ＂four-point one-belt＂ development strategy. Results： Caofeidian railway expansion can enhance Caofeidian and Fengnan, Luhan, laoting to form a interactive, mutual and complementary pattern of ＂four-point one-belt＂, and increase the exchange of passenger and cargo in Tangshan and Inner Mongolia, Northeast and Hebei, and other areas, and further improve the operation mechanism of the Bohai Bay Port, thus promote the development of ＂four-point one-belt＂ strategy of Tangshan.
