摘要
研究了羊毛/PLA混纺织物的生产工艺和织物风格特性。织物采用PLA纤维替代涤纶纤维与羊毛混纺,由苏尔寿P7100-360片梭织机生产,优选上机工艺参数,探索织造工艺的关键技术,有效地提高了织物质量和织机织造效率。通过性能测试与分析表明,羊毛/PLA纤维混纺织物具有较高的强力,良好的透气性、吸湿性、透湿性和保暖性,对皮肤不会造成刺激,属于高品质的新颖面料,能够满足环保对纺织品生产和使用的要求。
To study the wool/PLA blended fabric production technology,the sulzer P7100-360 gripper loom is used to produce the fabric.The paper analyses process parameters of weaving to choose weaving process parameters and to explore the weaving key process technologies,analyses blended fabric performance parameters.The conclusion is drawn that the blended fabric has high strength,good air permeability,moisture absorption,moisture permeability,warmth performance,and won＇t cause skin stimulation,so it belongs to novel fabrics with high quality.It can match environmental protection and low carbon requirements.
