摘要
根据莱赛尔纤维及蛋白质纤维的物理特性和染色特点,在弱酸性条件、中性条件及弱碱性条件,对莱赛尔/毛/羊绒面料前处理进行实验研究,并对各种助剂进行优化实验,进而优化出前处理工艺,以达到色牢度达标,混纺面料得色均匀、稳定,精纺面料防止渗化、轮廓清晰,在得色量均匀丰满的前提下,保证该前处理工艺对面料的损伤较小的目的。最终实现在莱赛尔/毛/羊绒混纺产品上进行数码印花。
According to the physical properties and dyeing characteristics of Lyocell fiber and protein fiber,the experiment studies Lyocell,wool and cashmere fabrics processing experiment in weakly acid conditions,neutral condition and weakly alkaline conditions,and ptimizes experiment by researching on various additives.Then the optimized pretreatment process reaches the following goals: the color fastness reachsthe standard,blended fabric's color is even and stable,worsted fabrics prevents imbibition.The fullness of the uniform color is the premise,and the pretreatment process guarantees that fiber damage is small,finally realizes digital printing on the Lyocell,wool and cashmere blended products.
