摘要 研究了一种采用2×n型特种耦合器构建的多通道光纤表面等离子体波共振(SPR)传感器模型。应用空分复用原理和多层膜反射理论分析了SPR共振效应在若干光纤探针中连续被激励的基本原理。数值模拟和实验结果表明,研制的双通道光纤SPR探针能够达到与常规单通道探针相同的检测灵敏度。这种新型多通道传感模型的特点在于,各通道探针特性可根据待测检测目标进行选择替换,通道数目可以根据实际待测参量进行调节,并适用于对处于不同空间位置目标液体参量进行检测的情况。 A optical fiber surface plasmon resonance sensor model based on 2×n type special coupler is studied.The basic principle of SPR effect excited continuously in optical fiber probe is analyzed with space division multiplex theory and multi-layer reflection theory.Numerical simulation and experiment show that the two-channel optical fiber probe proposed in this paper has the same measuring sensitivity of conventional single channel probe.The feature of this novel multi-channel sensing model is that the characteristic of each channel probe can be selected according to specific detection target and that the channel number can also be adjusted according to actual detection parameter class.Furthermore,the proposed sensing model can be used for detecting liquid parameters of the objects at different space positions.
