摘要
针对旅游产业价值链的基本要素进行分析,按照旅游地(以及产品)、产业集群和旅游企业集团三个层次探讨旅游产业价值链竞争策略,区域旅游产业发展未来的竞争重心将由目前的企业与企业之间的竞争转向基于价值链的企业集群之间的竞争。区域内旅游企业尤其是领袖型企业必须去应对产业价值链上价值重心的不断转移和变化,使自己始终处在高价值的关键环节中,保持竞争优势,才能获得产业链的合理结构和高效的协同效率,谋求产业价值链的利益最大化。
Analyzed from the basic elements of tourism industrial value-chain, the competition strategies of tourism industry value chain are discussed from the following three levels: sightseeing districts (products), industrial clusters and tourist enterprise groups. The focus of the development of the regional tourism industry has been changed from the competition among the enterprises to the competition among the enterprises clusters based on value chain. Regional tourism enterprises especially leader-type enterprises must go to cope with the shifting and change of the value centre in the industry value chain in order to keep themselves in key link of the chain with high value. Only in this way, can they get competitive advantages, obtain reasonable structures and efficient coordination efficiency of the industrial chain and seek for the maximization of the benefits in the industry value chain.Key words: tourism industry; value chain; industrial chain: core competitiveness
