摘要
在pH≈10的氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液中Fe^(3+)与络黑T(EBT)形成1:3的暗红色配合物.其最大吸收波长在488nm处,ε值约为2.3×10~4,线性范围为0~30μg/25ml.方法可用于工业盐酸、硅酸盐水泥等样品中铁含量的测定,其结果与火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)较好吻合.
It is found that Fe( Ⅲ ) reacts with EBT in an ammonical buffer solution of pH?0 to form a dark red complex with its absorption maxima at 488nm and a molar absorptivity of 2. 3 ×10~1L ·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law holds over the concentration range of 0~30μg of iron( I ) per 25ml. The mole ratio of the complex is found to be 1 ' 3 (M : R). The method can be used for the determination of iron in hydrochloric acid (industrial use), silicates, and cement. The results obtained check very well with that obtained by AAS method.
