超声诊断右肺动脉异常起源于升主动脉4例

摘要 右肺动脉异常起源于升主动脉（anomalous originof right pul monary artery fromthe ascending aorta,AORPA）是一种罕见的先天性心脏病,多合并其他心血管疾病,易漏诊、误诊,死亡率高。本文回顾性分析27例AORPA患者的超声心动图特征,探讨超声检查对AORPA的诊断价值。
