慢性移植物抗宿主病动物模型的研究
摘要
造血干细胞移植后慢性移植物抗宿主病（cGVHD）伴随着移植物抗白血病效应（GVL），能降低肿瘤复发，但由于cGVHD发生率高达25％～80％，并伴随严重的并发症，甚至导致受者死亡，降低了患者的生活质量，故cGVHD仍然是影响异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）效果的重要因素之一。
