摘要
为了减少系统有限元模型中单元数量,提高分析效率,首先应用显式瞬态分析软件LS-DYNA对精确螺栓联结有限元模型进行冲击破坏分析。并基于上述计算结果,使用各向异性材料模型建立基于塑性应变破坏的螺栓联结简化模型。在同样边界条件下,对螺栓连接精确模型与简化模型的应力和应变进行对比计算,并针对两者差异对简化模型材料参数进行改进。计算结果表明,螺栓简化破坏模型中被联结件的应力情况和相对位移与精确模型计算结果基本相同。因此可以认为在复杂系统分析中,使用螺栓简化模型能够在保证计算精度的同时能大大减少系统冲击破坏分析中联结部位的单元数量,提高分析效率。并为系统其余连接部件的简化提供参考依据。
For decreasing element number of system FE(finite element) model and improving analysis efficiency,the impact analysis was done to precise bolt joint FE model by explicit software LS-DYNA.The bolt joint simple model was created using anisotropic material based on anterior calculated results and plastic strain damage rule.In same boundary conditions,the stress and strain calculating results of precise and simple bolt model were compared and simple model material parameters were improved based on results difference.The calculating results show that the stress and relative displacement of simple model jointed part was basic same with that of precise model.So the conclusion could be drew that using the simple model can decrease elements of jointed part in system impact damage analysis and improve calculative efficiency.At the same time,this method can provide simplifying reference for other joint parts in system impact analysis.
