摘要
目的探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法对56例糖尿病足创面应用MEBO包扎治疗,每日换药1次,并发感染的创面4 h换药1次。结果 56例患者中有53例创面自行愈合,3例因创面较大较深,经抗感染治疗后行截肢或截趾治疗。结论湿润烧伤膏对糖尿病足有较好的治疗效果。
Objective Explore the effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） on the treat- ment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods MEBO bandaging treatment was applied to 56 patients with diabetic foot ulcers and the dressing was changed daily. For ulcer wound with infection complication, the dressing was changed every four hours. Results Among 56 patients, 53 cases healed autogenously, 3 cases underwent toes or extremities amputation after anti - infection treatment because the wounds were big and deep. Conclusion MEBO treatment has good effect on diabetic foot ulcers.
