摘要
推导出了停流法流动注射络合滴定的理论公式,设计了简单易实现的流路图。详细观察分析了流动注射络合滴定中的样品带与试剂流混合后在流通池中的吸光度变化。从理论上分析并预测了停流流动注射络合滴定的性质。并以滴定铝为例进行了实验验证。研究了应用Al-DTPA金属-配位体缓冲溶液和铬天青S停流法流动注射滴定Al的最佳条件,试验了共存离子的影响及用掩蔽剂掩蔽某些干扰离子。最终采用停流20s,最低检测浓度为5.00×10-6mol/L,最低检测量为20ng,测定循环时间为40s,采样频率为90次/h。
The optimum condition of stopflowing flow injection complexometric titration aluminium using AlDTPA metalligand buffer solution and chrome azurolS was studied. The detection limit is 5.0010-6 mol/L, stopflowing 20s, lowestdetected quantity is 20ng, detection circulation is 40s, sampling frequency is 90/h. The influence of interfering ions on titration Al and their elimination were also investigated.
