摘要
该研究对 30 日龄绍兴蛋鸭和高邮蛋鸭血清酯酶的多态性进行了测定。结果表明: ① 30 日龄绍兴鸭血清酯酶主要包括 3 个区域,即 Es1、 Es2 和 Es3, 高邮蛋鸭无 Es3 区。② 绍兴鸭酯酶电泳图谱的扫描灰度显著高于高邮鸭,二者之间差异显著( P< 0.05),提示绍兴鸭酯酶的活性高于高邮鸭,这可能与不同品种鸭脂类代谢不同有关。③ 该研究首次在 Es3 区发现存在鸭酯酶的同功酶。
Serum samples of 30 days Shaoxing female ducks and Gaoyou female ducks were analyzed using vertical polyacrylamide gel for their esterase isozymes. The results showed that: ① The serum esterase isozymes of Shaoxing 30 days female ducks included mainly 3 regions: Es 1, Es 2 and Es 3, but no Es 3 region in Gaoyou female ducks; ② Esteras scan intensities of Shaoxing ducks was significantly higher than that of Gaoyou duck ( P <0.05), it seemed esteras activity of Shaoxing duck was higher than that of Gaoyou duck, which is probably related to fat metabolism; ③ Esterase isozyme in region Es 3 was found for the first time.
