摘要
应用甲苯胺蓝染色方法,观察了发情周期、妊娠期和分娩后小鼠子宫粘膜上皮内淋巴细胞的消长情况。与间情期相比,上皮内淋巴细胞的数量在发情前期减少,而发情期和发情后期又增加。妊娠 1 d 数量较少,14 d 开始回升,18 d 的数量超过间情期。分娩后 1 d 突然升高,随后又逐渐恢复。这些结果提示,上皮内淋巴细胞可能参与子宫粘膜免疫。
The changes of the number of intraepithelial lymphocytes in uterus of mice during estrous cycle, prgnancy and postpartum period were determined by toluidine blue staining. As compared to the diestrus, the number of intraepithelial lymphocytes decreased in proestrus and increased in estrus and metrus, decreased on 1 d of pregnancy and began to increase on 14 d of pregnancy and exceed the diestrous levl on 18 d of pregnency, while there was an abruptic increase on 1 d postpartum and then recovered to the diestrous level again on the next day. The results suggest that intraepithelial lymphocytes may be involved in mucosal immune response of uterus.
