摘要
我国各民族多元文化存在的事实,使具备多元文化教育能力成为当前我国中小学校教师必须具备的能力。依据多元文化教师应具备的能力和素养,从课程模式与教学策略方面,提出培养多元文化教师的措施。
The existence of multi-culture in ethnic groups makes teachers with multi-cultural teaching competence become a requisite for primary and secondary teachers in China. This paper probes into the competence and quality required of multi-cultural teachers and advance the specific measures to cultivate such teachers in terms of curriculum pattern and teaching strategy.
