摘要 教学实践家作为在教学实践中成长起来的全国知名的教育家,能够做到擅长教学实践,深度解读和改善教学实践;自觉开展教学研究,构建个性鲜明的实践教学论;投入教学感情,与学生一起成长;秉持教学理想,积极投身和引领教学改革。教学实践家的成长要经过一个复杂而艰难的历程,需要内在动力和外在环境的共同作用,通过个人主义的成长方式和社会取向的成长方式相互配合,才能更为有效地促进教师登上事业上的顶峰。 An expert from teaching practice is a famous educator all over the country. He is able to catch on and improve teaching practice by mastering it, to develop practical teaching theory by doing teaching research consciously, to make the progress with student by pouring teaching emotion, and to take part in and lead others to teaching reform actively by preserving in his teaching vision. The devlopment of an expert from teaching practice is complicated and difficult, which possibly leads a teacher to the peak of his life by integrating inherent drives into exterior support and combining individualism development with community development.
