摘要
为进一步探索鹅的营养需要，采用饲养试验、代谢试验和比较屠宰试验，对四川白鹅肉用仔鹅的能量、蛋白质需要量进行了研究。试验在不同年份重复进行４期，结果表明，能量对日增重及料重比影响不大，蛋白质明显地影响着日增重与料重比，随着蛋白质水平的上升，日增重与料重比得到显著改善。根据试验结果，提出肉用仔鹅（７０日龄活重达２．８～３．０ｋｇ）能量、蛋白质需要量的初步建议：冷季，０～４周龄，代谢能１０．０～１０．５ＭＪ／ｋｇ，粗蛋白质２１．３％～２１．８％；５～１０周龄，代谢能８．６～９．０ＭＪ／ｋｇ，粗蛋白质１７．４％～１８．０％。暖季，０～４周龄，代谢能１０．０～１０．５ＭＪ／ｋｇ，粗蛋白质２１．３％～２１．８％；５～１０周龄，代谢能１０．１～１０．４ＭＪ／ｋｇ，粗蛋白质１７．２％～１７．５％。
In order to further determine the nutrient requirement of goose,feeding trials,metabolism trials and comparison slaughter trials were conducted in four stages in different years.The results indicated that energy factor had a little influence on daily gain and feedefficiency,but protein factor had obvious influence on daily gain and feedefficiency.With the raise of protein level of feed,daily gain and feedefficiency had abvious improvement also.According to the results of trials,we proposed a preliminary suggestion for the requirement of energy and protein of meatusing young white goose (70 day old live weight up to 2830kg):cold season,for 04 week old ME100105MJ/kg,CP213%218%,510 week old,ME8690MJ/kg,CP174%180%;warm season,04 week old,ME100105MJ/kg,CP213%218%,510week old,ME101104MJ/kg,CP172%175%
