摘要
本文提出了新型的水冷冷凝分离器凝结换热的数学模型,结合分离器的结构进行简化求解出冷凝分离过程中分离器的分液量(即冷凝R134a的量)。通过分析具体参数可得:水冷冷凝分离器的补液量随着冷却水进口温度的升高而升高;随着进出口温差的升高而降低;随着冷凝面积的增大而增加;补液量随着时间的增加而不断的增大。对分离器的设计提供了一定的理论基础。
A new mathematical model of condensation heat transfer about water-cooled condensate separator is given. And it calculates the liquid volume in separator during the process of condensate separation with simple structure of separator. Through the analysis of parameter we can conclude that the liquid volume of water-cooled condensate separator is increasing with the increasing of cooling water inlet temperature; decreasing with increasing of the cooling water temperature difference between the inlet and outlet temperature; increasing with the increasing of condensation area; increasing with the increasing of time. The data offer the theoretical basis to the design of separator.
