摘要 目的了解病人、护士及护理管理者对医院病人服的满意程度及改进意见,为病人服的改进设计提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,分别对177名住院病人、172名在职在岗护士及80名护理管理者发放自行编制的病人服使用情况及改进建议问卷。结果病人、护士和护理管理者对现有病人服的满意程度均欠佳。调查对象认为衣服的款式、颜色、衣料、尺寸大小、隐私性、美观方面均有待改进;病人与护士对病人服的满意度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论病人服的改进应体现功能原则、美观原则、人文性原则,能解决常规护理操作不便,并且外观能满足病人的社会心理需求。 Objective To investigate the patients, nurses' and nursing administrators'satisfaction for hospital patient clothes and offer some improved advices. Methods The questionnaires were used to investigate how the patients and nurses assess the patient clothes. A sample of 177 patients, 172 nurses and 80 nursing administrators was surveyed. Results It showed that the subjects'satisfaction for existing patient clothes were poor. The subjects viewed that styles, colors, costuming, size, privacy and aesthetics should have to be improved. Differences in satisfaction between patients and nurses were significant (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusions Improvement of patient clothes should be designed to reflect the principles of function, aesthetic and humanism, can selve the inconvenience of conventional care and operation, and meet the psyehoseeial needs of patients.
