摘要
目的了解肿瘤科护士的控烟知识、态度和行为现状，为制订护士控烟培训课程提供依据。方法采取便利抽样的方法选取10个省（直辖市）的10所三级甲等医院，抽取肿瘤科护士共206名，进行不记名问卷调查。结果研究对象控烟知识得分为5～14（10．58±1．76）分；控烟态度得分为4～10（8，81±1．28）分；控烟行为得分为2～9（6．36±1．32）分；知识得分与行为得分呈正相关（P〈0．05）；态度得分与行为得分呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论目前肿瘤科护士对烟草危害知识了解不全面，对戒烟方法知晓率较低，需针对烟草危害和控烟方法接受培训，从而提高控烟水平。
Objective To investigate the status of ontology nurses＇knowledge, attitude and practice in tobacco control so as to provide the basis for developing tobacco control training courses. Methods Convenience sampling was used to choose 206 ontology nurses from ten 3A - grade hospitals distributed in ten Provinces or Municipalities in China. They were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The score of knowledge on tobacco control was 5- 14 （10.58±1.76）. The score of attitude toward tobacco control was 4 - 10 （8. 81±1. 28）. The score of behavior in tobacco control was 2 -9 （6.36±1.32）. The scores of knowledge and attitude were both positively correlated with the score of behavior （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion At present, oncology nurses donl have sufficient knowledge about tobacco control and their awareness of smoking quitting is relatively low. Therefore,training on the harm of smoking and quitting methods should be provided so as to improve the level of tobacco control.
