摘要
目的:探讨鱼腥草注射液膀胱冲洗防治长期留置导尿所致菌尿症及反复发作的难治性尿路感染的效果。方法:选择我院老年病区、荣军休养区留置导尿30天以上[平均置管时间(10.4±8.85)个月]并伴有菌尿症、急性尿路感染反复发作患者30例为实验组,采用鱼腥草注射液30ml加入生理盐水稀释至100～250ml行膀胱冲洗,每月连续冲洗7天,每月冲洗前及冲洗后第3、7、101、5天冲洗前留取标本做尿细菌定量培养,评价鱼腥草注射液膀胱冲洗后菌尿症改善程度。统计冲洗6个月期间患者急性尿路感染发作次数。选择研究前这两个病区长期留置导尿、生理盐水膀胱冲洗患者30例作为对照组,统计6个月期间急性尿路感染发作次数,并与实验组对照比较。结果:实验组菌尿症有改善,细菌菌落数<105/ml和无细菌生长在4～8例之间(P<0.01)。实验组发作次数低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:鱼腥草注射液膀胱冲洗对长期留置导尿导致的难治性尿路感染有防治作用。
Objective：To discuss the control effect of Yuxingcao injection used in bladder irrigation to patients with urinary tract infections caused by long term indwelled urinary catheter.Methods：To put 30 inpatients from Geriatric Department and Disabled Soldiers′ Convalescent Department in control group,all patients suffered from bacteriuria or acute urinary tract infections recurrent attacks due to long term indwelled urinary catheter.To carry out bladder irrigation with Yuxingcao injection 30ml in 100～250ml normal saline,continuous irrigation 7 days every month,to provide a urine sample for quantitative culture befor the first irrigation of every month and on the the third day,the seventh day,the tenth day,the fifth day,to statistic the times of acute urinary tract infections attack.To put another 30 inpatients into experiment group who indwelled urinary catheter long term befor our study and irrigated with normal saline in the same two departmens.To statistic retrospectively the times of acute urinary tract infections attack.Results：The urinary symptoms of the patients from control group were relieved,case number of bacterial colony105/ml and non bacteria growth is 4～8（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Yuxingcao injection used in bladder irrigation has control effect to refractory urinary tract infections caused by long term indwelled urinary catheter.
